  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Select the order you want to return.
  3. Click “Return” next to the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the return request.

Once your return request is submitted, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a pre-paid return label (for eligible returns).


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item to you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.
